Operating strategically as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers on talent acquisition
Working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy
Collaborating across teams and maintaining strong organizational communication
Communicating market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions
Designing and implementing inclusive hiring processes that remove bias
