Working with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to identify and manage candidate pipelines

Supporting university recruiting programs and intern onboarding logistics

Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational excellence in fast-paced environments

Building relationships and trust with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including talent acquisition, HR, and business leaders

Proactively communicating with candidates to guide them through the interview process

Resolving ambiguous scheduling challenges and adapting to evolving recruiting needs

Delivering white-glove candidate experience with polish and discretion for executive-level hiring
