Communicating complex insights and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholder groups
Building structure and establishing processes in ambiguous environments with changing priorities
Managing budgets and allocating resources across programs and initiatives
Gathering feedback and measuring program success through qualitative and quantitative methods
Demonstrating thought leadership on current research and innovative talent assessment solutions
