Overseeing hyperscale data center construction projects with focus on AI infrastructure requirements
Managing commissioning and testing of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests for critical systems
Leading design and construction integration for high-density AI compute infrastructure
Implementing emerging technologies such as liquid cooling systems in data center operations
Communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, utilities, and internal teams
Providing executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, milestones, and costs
Coordinating cross-functional teams across design, engineering, construction, and operations
Leading and managing teams of construction industry professionals
Operating under tight deadlines and managing fast-paced construction schedules
Resolving field issues and managing conflict between contractors and stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating execution risks proactively before they impact project delivery
Managing stakeholder relationships with government officials, utilities, and community leaders
