Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software-based issues in complex systems
Documenting and escalating technical issues, bugs, and maintenance records to appropriate teams

Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repair of robotic hardware and equipment
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and design specifications
Executing root cause analysis and systematic debugging of hardware and control systems
Managing physical requirements including lifting, standing, and maneuvering equipment up to 50 pounds
Translating technical design drawings and specifications into accurate physical implementation
Assembling, fabricating, and performing rework on electronic and mechanical components to industry standards
Operating diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and cable testers
Creating comprehensive documentation including diagnostic procedures, repair manuals, and troubleshooting guides
Performing quality assurance inspections and evaluating conformance to specifications
Building and testing prototypes, sub-assemblies, and feasibility units under engineering guidance
Installing, coordinating, and overseeing structured cabling infrastructure in data center environments
Performing electrical inspections and code compliance verification for complex systems
Executing welding operations using multiple techniques to meet strict structural specifications
Collecting high-quality training data through teleoperation and demonstration of robotic tasks
Identifying design improvements and recommending process enhancements for reliability and scalability
Building and maintaining test systems and automation infrastructure for robotic validation
Developing automated dashboards and scripts to monitor system performance and diagnose issues
Collaborating across engineering, operations, and validation teams to resolve technical challenges
Communicating technical findings and feedback clearly to cross-functional teams
Learning new robotic tasks and procedures quickly with high attention to detail
Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines
Demonstrating sustained focus and attention during extended operational periods
Accepting constructive feedback and continuously improving performance and processes
Coordinating with project managers, vendors, and contractors to meet project timelines
Traveling to customer and development sites to support field operations and new deployments
Mentoring and training other technicians on best practices and advanced technical concepts
