Supporting rapid prototyping and R&D cycles by providing manufacturing expertise and feasibility assessment during design phases
Identifying process inefficiencies and proactively proposing or implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Performing nanofabrication and cleanroom processes including lithography, thin-film deposition, and etching for microelectronics and photonic devices
Configuring, deploying, and validating networked systems and embedded devices including IP addressing, connectivity testing, and software provisioning
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to understand technical requirements and provide manufacturing insights
Communicating technical findings, status updates, and concerns clearly to team members and appropriate personnel
Taking ownership of work quality and accountability for meeting specifications and zero-defect standards
Adapting to changing priorities and learning new skills and technologies as organizational needs evolve
Mentoring and training junior technicians on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices
Managing team workflows, schedules, and priorities to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
