About Tavily

The role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tradeshow & Events Coordinator to own the planning and execution of our presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. You will manage logistics from booth procurement to post-show lead follow-up, ensuring every event delivers measurable ROI.
You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (booth design, shipping, setup, staffing)
- Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team
- Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers
We expect you to have:
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing
- Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking preferred
