Nasdaq-listed (NBIS) full-stack AI cloud infrastructure company, formerly the international arm of Yandex. Nebius designs and operates large-scale GPU data centers across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, offering NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, and GB200 NVL72 clusters with InfiniBand networking, managed Kubernetes and Slurm orchestration, and serverless inference via Token Factory. The company secured a $700M financing round in late 2024 from NVIDIA and Accel, followed by a $1B convertible bond raise, and has since signed multiyear AI-cloud capacity agreements with Microsoft (worth up to $19.4B over five years) and Meta (expanded in March 2026 to up to $27B over five years — $12B of dedicated capacity plus up to $15B of additional compute), alongside a further $2B investment from NVIDIA in early 2026 — lifting its contracted backlog to roughly $50B. Nebius Group also holds stakes in ClickHouse, Toloka, Avride, and TripleTen.
