Design Engineer
Design Engineers in this role combine pixel-perfect front-end craftsmanship with strong design sensibility to build user-facing experiences for AI products. Reducing design-to-code drift through automation, tooling, and establishing single sources of truth between design and implementation
Designing interactions and interfaces for AI-generated content and agentic systems
Collaborating directly with product designers to ensure design specifications are faithfully implemented in code
Rapidly prototyping and iterating on concepts, moving from exploration to production with both speed and craft
Demonstrating a sharp eye for craft, detail, and design precision with strong product sense and design judgement
Making informed trade-offs between shipping quickly and maintaining high quality standards
Owning and driving significant product surfaces end-to-end from concept through production launch
Partnering with product managers and engineers to align on requirements, feasibility, and implementation approach
Mentoring and raising the bar for frontend craft across engineering teams through code reviews and best practices
