What you'll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across T&E, PO desk activities, invoice processing, vendor management and setup, and payment execution.
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent processing across all key PTP areas.
  • Coordinate seamless execution of PTP processes for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain service quality while managing time-sensitive activities and tight deadlines.
  • Manage the PO desk function, including the accurate creation, validation, and administration of purchase orders in line with company policies.
  • Optimize the Travel & Expenses process, ensuring timely reviews, effective approval workflows, and policy compliance.
  • Supervise invoice processing to ensure accurate coding, proper approvals, and completion within agreed SLAs.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts payable, accruals, and expense reporting.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues across T&E, PO, and AP processes.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks, including VAT and local compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies across purchasing, expenses, and payment activities.
  • Lead the PTP team through coaching, guidance, and performance management across process areas.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Adapt processes and tools in response to changing business needs, system updates, and scaling requirements.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and process transitions as Nscale continues to scale operations.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, proactiveness, flexibility, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement to align on PO processes and policy adherence.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve service levels and operational consistency.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the business.
  • Track PTP performance metrics across T&E, PO, and AP to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You
