Why We’re Hiring This Role
As Vapi scales rapidly toward our next phase of growth, we are building a world-class revenue engine. We need a Revenue Enablement Sr. Manager to serve as the bridge between our strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building the onboarding frameworks, continuous training programs, and sales playbooks that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. This is a foundational role where you will establish the sales playbook in a high-velocity, technical AI environment.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Training: Manage a comprehensive 30/60/90-day onboarding program for AEs, SDRs, and the broader GTM team to ensure rapid time-to-productivity.
Methodology Implementation: Coach the team on sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, integrating these frameworks directly into our opportunity management processes.
Content & Playbooks: Partner with Marketing and Product to create high-impact sales assets, including competitive battlecards, discovery guides, and technical pitch decks.
Tech Stack Mastery: Drive the adoption and effective use of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
Domain Expertise: Develop training modules that keep the revenue team at the cutting edge of Voice AI, API infrastructure, and competitive differentiation.
Performance Analysis: Identify skill gaps through pipeline inspection and data-driven insights, delivering targeted coaching to improve win rates and deal velocity.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development at a high-growth B2B tech company.
Expertise in coaching sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) with a measurable impact on results.
Familiarity with the modern GTM stack including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
Builder mindset: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments and enjoy creating durable processes from scratch.
