- PSA Platform Ownership
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
- Manage system configuration, workflows, data quality, and ongoing enhancements.
- Drive adoption and ensure the PSA supports scalable services delivery.
- Services Operations & Process Improvement
- Design and optimize operational processes across project creation, resourcing, delivery tracking, and project closure.
- Support the development and operationalization of the services delivery strategy.
- Resource Planning & Delivery Insights
- Partner with Services leadership to support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management.
- Provide visibility into delivery performance and staffing needs.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key services metrics such as utilization, delivery timelines, project health, and services revenue.
- Provide data-driven insights to support operational decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve post-sales workflows and reporting.
- 5+ years in Professional Services Operations within SaaS/technology companies.
- Experience with PSA tools, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional communication.
- Experience supporting global teams in fast-paced environments with strong English proficiency.

- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bangalore office)
