  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of corporate safety engineers, providing technical expertise and strategic direction as they support manufacturing and construction business units.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with Operations, Construction, HR, and Finance to integrate EH&S requirements into core business processes and foster a culture of safety excellence.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive EH&S management experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate or multi-site leadership role. Experience in both manufacturing and construction environments is highly desirable.

  • Certification: Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CPE, or equivalent) is required.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep expertise in U.S. OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards.

  • Systems Proficiency: Proven ability to select and implement enterprise-level EH&S data management systems.

  • Risk Management: Strong understanding of workers' compensation management, risk financing, and loss control strategies.
