About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to shape how customers interact with our platform. You'll own the product roadmap for expanding user interactions, data connectivity, and use cases, translating cutting-edge ML research into capabilities that solve real business problems.

This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Research, Forward Deployment Engineering, and our customers. You'll define what we build, why we build it, and ensure we're delivering meaningful value to enterprises navigating complex data challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for platform capabilities, including new interaction paradigms, data source integrations, and enterprise use cases

  • Partner with Research and Engineering to translate model capabilities into product features, define requirements, and ship iteratively

  • Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to understand customer needs firsthand and feed insights back into product strategy

  • Engage directly with customers to validate problems, gather feedback, and build conviction around what to build next

  • Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions

  • Navigate the unique challenges of productizing ML/AI capabilities for enterprise environments

Must have

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in ML/AI or data-intensive products

  • Technical background - you can read code, review PRs, and have informed architectural discussions with engineers

  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and the end-to-end ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)

  • Experience with enterprise software and understanding of how large organizations evaluate and adopt AI/ML solutions

  • Experience at high-growth startups or building 0-to-1 products

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into product strategy and clear requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management - you can navigate competing priorities across Research, Engineering, and customer-facing teams

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to context-switch between technical deep-dives and executive conversations

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with salary and equity

  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K

  • Fertility support, as well as paid parental leave for all new parents, inclusive of adoptive and surrogate journeys

  • Relocation support for employees moving to join the team in one of our office locations

  • A mission-driven, low-ego culture that values diversity of thought, ownership, and bias toward action
