In July 2026 Fireworks raised a $1.5 billion Series D at a $17.5 billion post-money valuation — led by Atreides Management, Index Ventures, and TCV, with NVIDIA, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Bessemer, and Menlo Ventures participating — as its annualized revenue run-rate surpassed $1 billion. The round followed a $250 million Series C at a $4 billion valuation in October 2025.
